Baskerville House, Birmingham
Selected due to their energy efficient credentials and flexibility in terms of floor layout, Coolceil Radiant Chilled Ceilings and passive chilled beams helped Baskerville house achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating. This is a significant achievement for a refurbishment project and assisted in the British Council for Offices awarding the project a “Refurbished/Recycled Workplace” award.
