Northleigh House, Chichester

A passive chilled beam solution from SAS International was chosen for the refurbishment of this 1970's building. The chilled beams were suspended within existing coffers and around the perimeter of the building to combat the internal heat loads and external solar gain. The energy efficiencies of the system allowed the tenant to reduce the plant size and associated ongoing costs.
