Bespoke ceiling rafts incorporating passive chilled beams, luminaires and other building services were installed within the coffered undersides of the concrete floor slabs. In addition to leaving the soffit exposed to take advantage of the building's thermal mass, the chilled beams were designed for maximum space flexibility and incorporate a modular facility for future partitioning layouts.
